Jordan arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and polite. He inquired how we were doing and then he took time to review what he had on his work order. He then proceeded to complete the work. When he was finished he took time to explain the invoice and showed us what he replaced. He gave us an update on both the furnace and AC unit. We paid the bill. It was a pleasure working with Jordan.
