Repair gutters and replace downspout
I sent a service request out and Bledi contacted me immediately.
I was pleased that he reached out, as I had already looked at his company information and saw all the 10/10 reviews!
He came the next day, and was able to fix my problems on the spot.
I had a drip at one end of the gutter....he was able to make a small catch-all trough to collect the drip, and on the other end, I had to replace an old downspout and problem solve an issue with another drip coming from the gutter.
This gutter was very high up, and not easy to get to.
He found the problem, fixed it (even though it was very awkward access), and completed the work successfully.
I look forward to the next rainfall to see how much better the eaves works!
One final note, I appreciated that Bledi didn't complain and trash the previous installation. It's really bothersome when the tactic of a trade is to advise the client how crappy the previous installation was, and why everything should be removed and redone.
Bledi, took on the small problems, and solved it. Done.
