Max installed our new Bosch dishwasher, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation itself was completed efficiently and the work was good (much better than an install we had with a different company 3 years ago).
What I particularly enjoyed is the clear and concise explanations that Max provided. He took time to explain how our new dishwasher was different than our old one, and what to expect. He pointed out a few important features and settings that would affect how we use it.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. That's a great experience.
