I manage a rental property (triplex) which had a recurring problem with bedbugs over the past 6 months. The units were treated numerous times but each time it was unsuccessful as the bedbugs kept coming back. I decided to call PCS, as the previous exterminator finally gave up. Akram came to do an initial inspection to find the sources of the problem. He was very meticulous in his inspection and also clearly explained what needed to be done to prepare for the treatment. I was quite impressed with the amount of effort and time he put into making sure that all the areas were treated appropriately, and also his level of knowledge on bed bugs. At this point in time, it's too early to tell whether or not the bugs will return (so far so good, but it's only been 1 week since the treatment). One thing for sure, Akram really cares about the well-being of his customers and gives his 100% best effort.
