Our old tankless water heater from the previous home owner had finally died. We were expecting to be without hot water for a few days. Found Tankless Experts here on Homestars and like what everyone else said so why not lets give them a shot.
Sure enough we were not disappointed, we called them in the morning and Kyle was here by the late afternoon as planned. Same day? Really? Awesome!
Price was fair, the work was excellent, and professional, just what i was looking for.
I knew for a while my old water heater was on its last limb so I had been researching on new tankless water heaters, I didnt want some low budget one that those rental companies give you, I wanted a good quality one, sure enough Kyle suggested the water heater I had been interested in! When he came it was all brand new sealed in a box from the manufacturer.
I am always skeptical of contractors, had some bad experiences, but
Kyle won my trust. My furnace and AC are pretty old, when its time to replace those I will be calling Kyle!
