Kevin came by after asking for a quote to see the property in person and explained what would be done (complete removal of old caulking, filling the gaps as needed, and recaulking with high quality caulking).
On the scheduled day, Rob came by and diligently removed the old caulk which was as hard as cement and cracked and did had excellent worksmanship in applying the new caulking.
