After 3 years in our current home, we had tired of the terrible draft from the aging sliding glass door and 2 large crank-open windows in the living area.
We rarely used the windows and door due to the high winds we experience regularly, and as previous customers, we were confident that Western Windows could provide a a great product at a reasonable price.
Jeremy came up with a brilliant redesign for the windows, and made some great suggestions about changing to a very modern and efficient French Door.
When Kyle and Liam came for the install, they walked us through the process and kept us informed of any wrinkles. The work they performed was clean, efficient, and the final product was....WOW! They gave us a final walk through that fully explained use and care, as well as ensuring we were happy with the final result. Needless to say, we were indeed pleased.
