Fascia build-out and Eavestroughs
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. I asked for many quotes and was floored by the cost to do my eavestroughs for my century-old fourplex. I was amazed to discover how affordable a Bronson Johnson installation was. Their product is the best on the market for strength and quality. Their best leaf screen comes completely flush with the roof line therefore ideal if you fear ice damning. During installation, they discovered that the work preformed by my roofing contractor to build out the fascia was not solid, it could literally be pulled off by hand. They re-did this and made sure to screw into the rafters. This was unexpected work and they charged me by the hour. The result was a solid installation comparable to new builds. The additional cost was very reasonable and provided me with peace of mind. I am pleased to say Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs are real pros that care and do the right job at a fair price. They did the fascia of the build-out and did a great job. After the job was done, they picked up all the fallen screws and nails with a magnet. The installers were pleasant and polite and showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner however not a rush job. I will definitely use them for my next renovation project and recommend them highly.
