We had a very professional and comprehensive home inspection done by Andy at Safe Homes Canada. I am familiar with construction and home maintenance - but Andys depth of knowledge and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The inspection allowed me to make a proper decision on a major real estate investment for my family. As well he provided a detailed list of general maintenance and improvement items (as one will find in any home purchase) that provided me with a template for future improvements to the property. He was honest with his findings, thorough in his inspection and accurate and detailed with his report. Highly recommend his services when making an investment in a newly constructed or re-sale home.
