We contacted HIP based on their incredible reviews on Homestars to do a large renovation on our side split in Upper Forest Hills.
They did not disappoint.
We were absolutely blown away by the level of organization, skill and professionalism. They completed a brand new kitchen, basement and four bathrooms in less than 3 months! They designed, sourced and implemented every aspect of our reno. The only extras were on items that we decided to add to the original scope. Their estimate was fair, detailed and accurate.
We have been through several renovations previously - none of them good - and we were nervous to take on a large scale reno again.
