Storm doors

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Markham

Ive been a long time customer. I have referred many people. I ordered two storm doors, I was promised a delivery and installation time frame. Four weeks after my deposit was paid I got a call from Kay telling me the quote was wrong and it was a lot more. She wanted me to go in half with them. I refused. Not my problem they gave me the wrong quote and to be told four weeks later was not acceptable. They finally agreed to keep the quote as quoted to me. After many calls to Kay my doors have and will not be delivered and installed at the promised time. There was a a specific reason why I needed these doors by the specific date. Had I known they wouldn't have delivered as promised I would have gone elsewhere. This has tarnished a loyal client. Will have to think twice if I will ever use them again or recommend.

We do appreciate your concerns and of course these comments were already informed by yourself over the telephone.
Unfortunately, nothing in life goes as planned and we did explain that we had some issues with the price as it was a special order. Nevertheless, we agreed to
do the job for you as promised, even at a great loss to keep you happy. The manufacturer had not delivered the doors as we were hoping for the specific date that you have asked for.
We do know your reasons for wanting the storm doors at your front doors and tried to accommodate this with unfortunately no luck.
We will supply and install the doors as promised, once you are back from your holidays.

Install 19 new windows

Edmonds are an excellent company in all aspects of measuring and purchasing windows and the installation. The workmanship was top notch, attention to detail and also their respect for our home in completing the work. The new wood trim is awesome and compliments the new windows.

Excellent Service

Markham

Recently Tommy did an excellent job replacing our fascia due to an incorrect instal by our builder.
Also a year ago we had all our eavestroughs replaced because they were too small and water overflowed in places.
We have hired them twice because they are reliable, have great employees and they do what they say they will do and do it well.

Eavestrough and roofing job

Roofing review in Markham

Tommy was very punctual and effective in his job to repair my roof. I had a grading issue for my first floor eavestrough as well as some draining issues that was causing water to pool on one side of my house. Tommy made a thorough assessment, walked me through the steps to repair it and within a week the job was done. He was professional, and clearly an expert in his job. I'd highly recommend Tommy and Edmunds overall.

Four new windows

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Markham

George and his helper did a great job. The windows fit perfectly and they made sure the insulation, caulking and trim were done right. They answered all our questions and did a final cleanup. I've used Edmunds a few times and I've always been happy with them.

Downspout repair

Appliance Repair review in Markham

A downspout connected to the third storey of my house broke off during a storm. Edmunds sent out someone to give me a free quote the next day, quote was received that same day. The repair was done quickly and he even checked my other downspouts to make sure nothing else was wrong.
