Horrible costumer service. They never call you back when they say they will. The flavour of the day now is you go on hold then it kicks you to voice mail and no callback from them. Service manager is rude when you explain this is unacceptable. We have multiple systems at different sites and it will be the last time we deal with this company for any new systems. Its to bad as the Kinetico system is a good product.
