Roofing, ventilation and insulation
Three years ago, I got four quotes from HomeStars. Markelangelos was the only one to come to the house and do an assessment. I was impressed, however the other owner (semidetached home) chose another firm (Godfrey). Since then we have had ice buildup and icicles each winter -- which were rarely there in the 30 years previous. Markelangelos came back, affirmed that the other roof made the ventilation issue worse, and have now fixed it. A relief to have a knowledgeable contractor.
