We own a multi-unit residential building just north of Toronto and decided to have our 2 old (original) boilers changed after a very informative discussion with Rick from High Efficiency Cooling & Heating. He knew exactly what we needed and managed to save us 30% on our heating bills (which is a lot of $$ for our building).
We were very satisfied with their workmanship, reliabilitiy and they were very competetive with their fees.
