Clera Windows + Doors

We have an older home in Stouffville and were very concerned about 2 things. The front of our house is an 'A' frame, all glass starting on the main floor to the top floor. A very large window opening containing several sections of glass combined as 1 window opening. We were concerned about "how" they were going to install such a big window and whether they even could. Secondly, we are very close to a very busy road and experience a lot of road noise.
From beginning to end the project was seamless. The finish work fantastic and now the noise reduction is at least 50% less. We are completely satified with the quality and the workmanship.
FM is the window company of choice in our books.

Before moving personal residences in November, 2007, I hired FM to replace three windows which were particularly old and drafty. I was so favourably impressed by the friendly and efficient service and quality of windows I received that I hired FM to replace all of the remaining windows at my former residence. Once again, the service was superb, and the windows were so energy efficient that my heating bill dropped even more than I had anticipated. I should say as well that the newly installed FM windows were a very attractive selling feature of my former residence.

When I moved to my new house last November, there was no question that I needed to replace a number of the windows - some were over fifty years old - and, likewise, there was no question that I would look to FM to do the work. This marked the third time that I hired FM to do replacement window work for me, and I was as pleased the third time around as I was on the first occasion I used this company. The workers were friendly and polite, and they were naturally sensitive to such things as removing their shoes when working inside the home and cleaning up after themselves. And the windows... my gosh, what a fine product!! Again, my heating costs have spiralled downward very nicely, and I receive compliment after compliment on how beautiful my new windows look.

I have never before written any kind of review for any company in the past, but I felt an irresistable urge to send this in for FM simply in order to lend my support to a Canadian company doing such outstanding work.

we purchased windows in spring and got them installed. Windows were on time and installer did a great job. windows look beautiful and we feel more comforfable. Windows made our home very quiet. We did have a concern with two windows which were taken seriusly by our Sales person and he got them fixed with in one week. Good Job!!!!!!!

Worst company for delivery AND customer service. You order one thing and they bring you something different. Not only was the order several weeks late, they brought and installed the wrong windows. I ordered 5 white cross-hatched grid windows and they brought 5 clear pane glass windows. They said to uninstall the clear pane windows and install the cross-hatch grid windows that I originally ordered, I'd have to pay an extra $1,000+ or so.
In addition, I've been trying to call customer service because two windows need repair and the I've been leaving messages for two weeks and they still have not arranged an appointment to come and fix the windows.
