Worst company for delivery AND customer service. You order one thing and they bring you something different. Not only was the order several weeks late, they brought and installed the wrong windows. I ordered 5 white cross-hatched grid windows and they brought 5 clear pane glass windows. They said to uninstall the clear pane windows and install the cross-hatch grid windows that I originally ordered, I'd have to pay an extra $1,000+ or so. In addition, I've been trying to call customer service because two windows need repair and the I've been leaving messages for two weeks and they still have not arranged an appointment to come and fix the windows.
