Previous repair on concrete wall started to leak, the repair was done by the builder some 10 years ago. Got 3 quotes and Clarke came in the middle. Jarod came out and took the time to explain the details and answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional, provided very good details of the repair, cleaning of the previous repair top to bottom and not needing to drill into the wall. Matt/technician made the repair on Nov 6, called prior and was on time. Did an excellent job, Matt explained and showed me every step of the process cleaning and applying the FlexiSpan crack repair. After the repair Matt left the working area very clean.
Would definitely do business with Clarke again, Jarod and Matt did an excellent job.
