If you want it done right the first time contact A.A. Waters and Brookes. Unfortunately I learned this the hard and costly way. After calling the first company with nothing achieved but an invoice that failed to describe work done, a friend recommended A.A. Waters and Brookes. My friend became a best friend for A Waters and Brooks, unlike the first company, came out and quickly fixed the problem. Jeff the technician was unbelievably great! He was not only knowledgeable but took the time to explain the steps he was taking to problem solve the mystery of why the sprinkler system would suddenly not turn on. Where the first company said that it was an electrical issue and left, Jeff checked the connectivity of each zone wire and traced the problem to a cut rain sensor wire. He then proceeded to resolve the problem and test each zone to make sure that system was working properly. He did this a couple of times to ensure that the problem was resolved and even took time to adjust the rotation of some sprinkler heads. But what I also appreciated about A Waters and Brooks was their team approach. The receptionist Anne did her best to quickly schedule an appointment and took the time to clearly explain the companys fee structure. In short it was a very happy ending to a stressful situation, thanks to A Waters and Brooks.
