An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Please pass along my compliments and thanks to your Cleaning Specialists, who cleaned my apartment on Saturday. My standards were very high and the level of their service was courteous, professional, unobtrusive and thorough! Without a lot of direction, they were able to understand and anticipate all of my cleaning needs. As a matter of fact, I keep finding little "treasures" that they left behind. To put it succinctly, they exceeded my expectations! Very well done indeed!
