Kitchen backsplash tile installation
We've had some unpleasant experiences with contractors in the past but David proved that a renovation job could get done on time, on budget and with a smile.
David responded to our request for quotation promptly and professionally. We wanted to have our kitchen backsplash done and he provided sound advice and let us know what we needed to have the job done. We booked a date for him to do the installation and he showed up on time with all the necessary tools.
David was very patient with our requests. We weren't sure exactly how we wanted the backsplash to look and he readily offered suggestions and made changes as they came up. We wanted to do a special mosaic pattern behind our stove and he figured something out using the pieces that we had purchased. We didn't have to go out and buy anything extra.
He finished the job according to the timeline that he proposed and to the price he estimated. In the past, we've encountered contractors who changed their prices and haggled their way through projects but David was so easy to work with and very pleasant too. He was very respectful.
