Our primary need was getting our leaky interior shut-off valve for our outdoor faucet fixed, but we also had some other jobs that we’d wanted quoted at the same time.
I sent an RFQ online and within an hour Deanna emailed back to set up an appointment. Joel was there in a few days, on time and as promised - no waiting around! He was so polite & patient when we asked about specific issues that we have with our old house. He was even able to squeeze in time to try to tighten our kitchen faucet.
