The Building Inspector signed off the final approval after the installation of our new Basement Egress Wndow and Well. We are very pleased with the installation and how everything went as Rick had described it would. Everything is done now and we couldn't be more pleased with the window, style of window well and the quality of workmanship. Ryan, the installer was very meticulous about his work right from the removal of the concrete for the window to the installation of the window and the well. He paid very close attention to detail. Lindsey and his crew who excavated the earth and then landscaped the finished area where the window and well went in also did their job in a efficient manner. The Basement Egress Window not only makes the basement living area safer and to code but it brings more light in and changes the whole look of the room. We would certainlly recommend Lormac and contact them for any future projects.
