Todd and crew finished my basement - appreciated all the dialogue ahead of time on pre-planning whoch pays off. The team was always on time to work and made progress at a good pace...no delays. Also good colaboration during project as change-points i wanted came up. They were receptive to changes, provided their experienced pov, and costing was in line. Todd also has done a number of smaller projects for me (ie: deck stairs, hvac run in kids room, previously leaking sunroom ceiling replacement) and neighbours since and same treatment - solid. Sorry if there are spelling mistakes in this review...site is hard to edit.
