Our 5 year old refrigerator broke down just before the weekend including big party planned. It took Sears 5 days to show up for 10 min and diagnose the problem. Broken fan. $120.00 later they said that it would take another full week to get a repair man in which we would pay for again plus parts. I went to Homestars which is a great website and should have gone here first and then I found Joe. I called at 12:35 and Joe called back within a a half our, said he's with two clients and would be right over within 2 hrs. He arrived around 3:00 with parts and replaced the fan no problem. He unlike the sears service man took his shoes off, started emptying the freezer, engaged in charming conversation while replacing our fan. Now we are set just in time for the long weekend. We won't have to spend more money every day/night eating out. Sears service was disappointing and I'm much happier supporting a business man like Joe who knows everything about appliances and customer service. When are the big corps going to learn from guy's like Joe?
