Firstly, I want to state that I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to, due to the negative reviews on Google. I had an extremely pleasant experience, from the first call, to the execution of the repair. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, not to mention, kindness. Brian was able to identify and fix the issue with my dishwasher on the spot.
