i purchased a townhouse about a year ago and just love the place. the place is built very well and all the staff take great care of me. i can still call them and they return my calls fast and mut times are on my step to help !!!

customer service in this store is great. if you cant find a product, they seem to know where it is and take you right to it on the shelf. they always have many staff on the floor too. just great !!
called Arpi's to see if they could clean my furnace. Not only did they clean my furnace, they also went over the furnace to see what was going on my furnace. I had a coupon for 20% off that had expires and they still let me use it.
i had purchased a generator back in 2008 and was having trouble getting it started . I took in back to Costco to see what they would do and see where to get it fix . They told me to go get a new one as that is there way of dealing with the return. Perfect service.
went in to purchase some baseboard and casings to do some finishing in the Reno in my basement . Dale in the finishing area Went over a bunch of things to do to make my life easier in prepping for the installing.
we were doing some home renos and called Divine as we heard that they would replace hardwood boards that had damaged . The guy showed up and removed the boards and replaced with new one . He also cleaned up his mess as there was a lot of sawdust .

called to get my basement carpet done . Dannburg sent a guy out with samples and a bunch of costs . They had the carpet we wanted in stock and within 3 days it was installed perfect with all the extra carpet rolled up and under my stairs

hot water tank stopped making hot water. Service guy showed up reviewed the problem and went to his van for a pressure switch and replaced it. It was 3am in the morning when he came out
