A review for Home Depot Tool Rental

I had been to several stores looking for a longer natural gas hose for my BBQ. One of the associates, Sam, made sure that I found the gas hoses, then when they weren't long enough he took me over to pipe fittings and the associate there helped me find connections so that I could have the length I needed. Very nice and very helpful.... I'd already been to 5 or 6 different places and no one else solved the problem!

A small electrical component went kaputz on our central vac. My husband took it into this shop and without trying to "up-sell" him - saying that we needed a new motor (or, worse a whole new system) when we didn't - they checked the unit, said that the motor was still in good condition (seeing as the unit is 13 years old we would have belived him if he said otherwise!) and told us that all we needed was a replacement for a burned-out connection. Great service. Honest!

I recently bought a captain's style bed for my son. I'm really impressed with the ease that it went together and sturdiness - Ikea has much improved over the years!!! I couldn't find anything CLOSE to this price for the same quality, even when searching for used furniture.

I needed some chemicals for my hot tub. The sales person (I believe also owner) was very rude and dismissive. I've heard that you get great attention when you're buying a hot tub there, but not so good with ongoing maintenance, etc. I guess that may be true as I won't be going back!!

I just purchased one double and two twin some down feather-bed toppers from Jysk. The quality of these (box stitching) is very good and all of us love them on our beds! The staff was very informative and helpful. I'll definitely shop there again.
