Thank you Nick, Cedric and the whole crew at New Era. I was impressed right from the start as Nick responded to my query very quickly. He led me through the quotation process and ensured I understood all the components of the quote. I was unable to pack anything on my own because of shoulder surgery, the crew that Nick sent, led by Cedric, was excellent. Professional, courteous, organized and respectful, very nice guys. They arrived when they said they would arrive and did exactly what they promised to do. I would like to particularly mention Cedric's honesty, he was packing the books from the bookcase in our bedroom and I gather some money fell out of a book (my father in law was known to hide money in books I guess). We had no idea it was there. Cedric discreetly drew my attention to it. Such honesty is rare !

Joe was quick to respond and communicated clearly. He came when he said he would, and did a great job onsite. When he arrived there were two ways of approaching the install, he did an excellent job telling me the pros and cons and costs associated with both and left the decision up to me. He was also very patient with all my questions. I will definitely call Fair HVAC again!

Absolute made this process very easy from beginning to end. From the quote (which ended up being right in the middle of the other two I obtained) to scheduling to execution I was impressed. They did exactly what they said they were going to do exactly when they said they were going to do it. The painting team of Leke and Rocky were quick and efficient, and they took care to leave the house clean tidy both at the end of their work day and at the end of the job
