Change closing, NO AC, Crooked walls, no refund
Late closing, forked over money, got keys to house. During inspection, says crooked wall (in main hallway) can be fixed, and can gradually work on it after closing, any issues. After closing, wall still crooked, not fixed. Says cannot be fixed because it is a part of the building's structure. WTF. Fortunately good location. BEWARE if you want to buy any houses from this builder!
