Rick was thorough and educational. He fully explained everything he was reviewing and took the time to educate both my me and my wife on what we should be looking for. He detailed out what were priority items and what could wait and the best way to fix them. His report came with all of the details from his visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspector
