My garage door wasn't opening, I figure it is an issue with the spring, I checked Yellow pages, I found AA garage door, He was close by in Thornhill, he came on time, Gave me an estimate which was very reasonable compared to the last time I used a major company. The price of replacing two springs was half of the other company. He did a good job, gave me advice about maintaining the door.

A friend of mine recommend Robert at R3MP, I explain the issue he knew what the problem was, he gave me an estimate, He came over was professional, punctual and knowledgeable, he pointed a couple of other worn parts, he replace them. The machine worked very well since then. Now I know who to call next time a have an appliance issue.

I bought my high efficiency furnace from Direct Energy about 5.5 years ago, the Warranty expired few month ago, I bought a protection plan. Luckily I did. A couple of nights ago the furnace made a grinding noise, I had to shut it off. I called direct energy the Technician came first thing in the morning He pretty much knew the issue even before he opened the furnace, the exhaust motor was broken, He explain the issue showed me the motor and how it function. he ordered the part, and another technician came few hours later and replaced it. The motor alone cost 1100 dollars, it made of plastic. Luckily I didn't have to pay for it.

We were looking for a granite counter top for our kitchen. We visited over 25 granite shop with the sketch of our kitchen, no one would guarantee to have the granite cut at one piece, it is a lager L shape. The last shop we visited is higher ground. Jorge the owner told us from the beginning it will be one piece, we went to select the granite we want, he gave us a very competitive price, included a free sink, the install was done on time with on issue, I recommended higher ground to my neighbour without hesitation.

We went to the home show talk to more than a dozen kitchen removator, then we visited about handfull show room, just before we made a desicion we drove by Nima Kitchen and decided to talk to them. We met Mario the owner, he had a what we wanted, the kitchen is build right behing the show room, He got the dimension and made the design, and gave us an estimate, we asked for reference, then we bbump into a 3 times repeat customer in his show room, they said no to worry about anything with this company, It was really true. Great service, we got excalty what was promise, great workman ship, the owner Mario is a honest, direct, and gave us good advice. The kitchen was done on time, above our expectation. I recommend him without hesitation.
