Jim could not have been more helpful to me. He was polite and professional. Followup was especially good. I bought a toilet that once I got it home I realized that it did not fit properly in the bathroom. At the same time I had to be away for a while and did not have time to return it. When I got back, Jim exchanged the toilet at once.
