The onsite managers which last 8-14 mths are and have been very nice. They want to work in a helpful manner with the customers. The sites are clean and maintained nicely. Only suggestion is to change out mouse traps twice a year. During the last 34 mths of storing belongings there the trap was put in at the beginning and not since then. I'm sure some of my belongings will reflect the presence of mice. (Civil suit will solve that) The issue is the Head Office, they do not back their site managers or the arrangements they make. Too many rent increases and big jumps in rent increases. The issue and low rating is based on the poor business operation by Head Office. They lack humanity and people skills.
