I was so impressed with Carl and his team. Out of 4 quotes Carl was the most reasonably priced and the quickest to respond, he went above and beyond what anyone else would do, we had water coming in our kitchen, Carl went up and tarped our roof in the pouring rain. He scheduled a day to replace our roof, he and the workers were here on time, they covered our neighbors property to make sure no debris went on their side. The guys worked non stop and were so polite and respectful, they definitely take pride in their work. If it wasn't for the new roof you wouldn't even have known they were here. The clean up they did of the job site was impeccable. I would highly recommend Benchmark Home Services, such a beautiful job our roof looks amazing.
