Excellent (so far) product installed by two of the most willing, helpful and skilled artisans I've employed for a long time. They worked willingly & cheerfully through snow & freezing rain, kept standards high despite conditions and then cleared up really, really well at the end. I cannot praise them too highly - especially the way they kept us informed every step of the way - verbally and by message. They are the sole reason to rate the Satisfaction 4 stars. Sadly the same high praise cannot be laid on their management. The sales person was evasive and glib. When he did return calls, it was slow, and did not address the issue. The idea of handing us over to a single point of contact account or delivery manager after committing seems unknown to the company. We were given very little information - much of which was contradictory - that we contemplated cancelling the contact several times & experienced a high degree of stress. It was only the high quality of the (US) product and the hard work of both installers that made this important project a success.
