Excellent company and sales rep to make this purchase from. I have previously owned a hot tub from another company, but purchasing this tub, was incredibly smooth and pleasant. Igor was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He listened to what I was looking for specifically and addressed any of my concerns. With his help, we picked the right tub and he made himself available at any time prior to and during the installation process. Making such a purchase can be stressful, but thanks to all of Igor's help and contacts, the process went very smoothly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this company in the future.
