I considered change my more than 20 years old furnance and air condition this year. After did some research on Internet, I ask 5 companies to quote. Among them, the Quality Breeze price is very reasonable. the sales guy, Jimmy, is very knowledge and professional. He is the only one among these companies told me that I need change chimney liner and told me the cost of change chimney liner during the quote. I don't know why the other company didn't mention that. so I continue searching and find the answer on HAVC-TALK.COM, which is the professional HAVC contract forum. For my house condition, it is very import and safety to change the chimney liner. Since I didn't change the water heater, so they don't quote me on this maybe their total price looks competitive, but there is a big risk that CO will condense into the basement during the cold time. After the research, I felt Jimmy was very knowledge and trustable. I signed the contract with him. The installation guys are very detail person. they clean everything after installation. I highly recommend Quality Breeze to any home owner.

I shop around and find One Marble company. Brian is a nice,knowledge and honest man. I select the stone and make deposit, after one week, his brother and another guy come to install the stone countertop for my bathroom cabinet. The job was well done ! I highly recommend this company and their services.

Both my roof and gutter need be change this year. I did a lot of research on the internet. Then I got some basic knowledge of the procedure and the difference of different brand material. I went to home stars and select a few companies to my home for quoting. Long Story in short, at last we select C stars. After we sign the contract, I saw one bad review on the home star date July 26th 2016. I have a little worry about the quality of the job. So my husband took one day off when the C stars working on my roof. My husband is a handy man and did a lot of renovation in our house, he replace all the windows and doors in my house. At last, my husband told me that Mr. Sing did things more detail, more carful than he did on our own property. For example, we want open a new bathroom fan vent , Mr. Sing told us what kind of material we should buy from home depot and he install for us for free, leave the pipe in the attic so the future person don’t need go on the roof. My husband told me that if he did the job, he just click and lock the pipe on the bottom of the vent. Mr. Sing not only just click and lock to the pipe. He also installed four nails and a lot of tape around the connection part to avoid leaking, very well done. Another very outstanding is, we have 2 front windows, the bottom of the windowsill is aluminium. It is very old and broken. Mr Sing agreed to help us replace that two bottom parts for free during the quote. My husband installed the new windows on the weekend before the roofer job, he accidently broken the both side parts of aluminum. During the installation, Mr. Sing spent a lot of times, help us did the aluminum around the 2 windows with both four sides. He spent a lot of time because the left and right sides are irregular triangle. (See the pictures of the job done, so good). At last, he didn’t ask extra money for that extra beautiful job, which is out of the quote. We are very satisfied with the job done. One of our neighbours watched the installation and singed a contract with him after our roof finished. I highly recommend Mr. Sing and his team.
