After 13 years we where in need of a new roof for the second time in as many years. We wanted steel but something with the look of the existing asphalt single. KasselWood PVDF new cedar permanent metal roof was perfect. Ryan the sales /manager was on time ,professional,upfront and knew his product. On going feedback as to what was happening and when was great. Delivery of the product was fast. Jamie was considerate as to where the load was to be placed and we would add very personable. Installation was the best. Rock and his brother have 11 years of experience.( On the hottest 3 days of June)( 40 on the roof.) They knew how to pace themselves with no wasted effort and no short cuts. Attention to detail was evident .Jean Luc did ongoing cleanup each time after he carried bundles of Steel up the latter. No drinking ,no excessive chatter and no loud music. Nice people make life easier when you are making this $ level of investment. As to cost,we felt that a asphalt roof would cost 10,000,a traditional steel roof 20,000 . We have Quality and what we want for 32,000. We would recommend this company
