I had 3 heat pumps installed. One up stairs, 2 downstairs on the walls. The salesman explained one part of the job differently than it was carried out. When I noticed, I called the installer back and he came and fixed it. I'm very happy with the job overall. I have no complaints and have recommended them several times.
