We needed to replace our very used family room furniture. We saw a newspaper ad and checked it out and though the selection was diverse and the prices were extremely reasonable. The best was that that sales people were helpful but not pushy, which is very important to me. I told my son to go there and he did!

Overall, the quality of the work was great; my ducts are clean and I am satisfied with that work. But there were a lot of details missing that could have made this a perfect 10. 1. On first visit the vent covers weren't put back properly; one was fell and I found on the floor. If there was an issue with putting them back no one bothered to explain it to me, as if I wouldn't notice. 2. The company prides itself with "we're on time or it's free". The workers were 10 min late, which I didn't complain about but there was no offer of apology or even mention of it. 3. I called a few days later about the vent covers and they sent the same people back within half an hour. They spent an hour and a half fixing the problem. While working, I came to find that they used my ladder without asking. It was ok to use but they should have asked first. And it wasn't until I made a comment that they put it back where they found it. 4. They didn't leave things as they found them. While they worked in the basement (which is where I work) they moved a matress and furniture. I had to move them back myself. 5.I had to clean up after them. There was some dirt and dust from the drilling that they did.
