A review for Advantage Floor Care

We had our hardwood floors refinished using the sandless refinishing option a couple of years ago. We have a couple of spots where the original finish was beginning to wear in high traffic areas, and while the wear is still slightly visible the sandless refinishing did diminish there appearance, the rest of the floor looked great and has provided a protection from further wear, without the cost and hassle of full sanding and refinishing. Advantage set our expectations for this appropriately prior to the job compared to a full sanding and refinishing, and we were very happy with the Advantage team that did the work.

We had some additional eavesthroughing added to match the existing gutting. Maize were able to match the color. Took a little longer than I expected from quote to installation, they turned up once with the wrong color and apparently they had to wait for the color to come in stock, which is acceptable. Very happy with the installed product.

We had the front, side and rear exterior doors, and garage door and trim painted. Axcell provided advice on the paint selection (oil vs acrylic) to repaint over the existing surface and provided a competitive quote. The painter that worked the job was experienced, took pride in his workmanship, and worked solidly to complete the job. Axcell Painting did an excellent job.
