We were having trouble with our laundry tub draining. Mr Rooter got plumber out to our house in a reasonable time. He snaked out the pipes, and recommended replacing and moving some of the older pipes, as well as replacing the laundry tub. I agreed with his assessment, and the plumber went out to get the new laundry tub. He performed all the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself and removed the old tub. I would definitely use Mr Rooter again.

I settled on West Windows, as I thought they had one of the best products and felt comfortable with the service level I would be receiving. The windows arrive when expected, and the installers were quick, capable and cleaned up after themselves. I've been very happy with the product and would definitely use them again.

A review for Basement Technologies

In having one wall of my basement waterproofed by Basement Technologies, I found the work to be adequate but dealing with any problems to be difficult. The owner was very easy to find when asking for a quote and signing a contract, but difficult to reach after that. Workers never showed up when they were expected, and no idea as to when they would arrive. They would show around 3 and leave within an hour, with nothing done. Machinery that would have expedited the job wasn't brought to the house, and debris and tools were left scattered on my property at the end of the day. At the end of the job, I still had issues with a sump pump that had pipes not sealed properly and the owner was very difficult to find and get anyone out to correct the issue. Several two by fours were left up over the area and no one ever retrieved them.
