We used Trail appliances based on other reviews we had read. They were very friendly and helpful in the showroom and then on the day of delivery and install, they were courteous and cared for our floor while doing the installation. They were also very helpful to move our old stove to our garage, which I have had other companies not do for me.

I had used Imagin plumbing when I finished my basement so I called them again this week to install a gas line to a new gas stove in our kitchen. Quote was fair and service completed professionally and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use them again for a plumbing or gas line job.

We dealt with Ron & his wife who coordinates the installation appointments and they were both professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We really love our blinds that were for an 18ft window and difficult to install. The installers came along with Ron & did a great job. We would use them again without hesitation. The blinds came in a timely fashion.

I bought and paid for carpet and install from a discount flooring retailer. They sent out an installer and it was Bosphorous Flooring. The workers that came were very friendly and did an exceptional installation. They were given too little product but made it work. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Overall very poor service from nearly everyone involved with Cardel. This was our third home purchase with Cardel, with the third being at a very busy time in the housing industry. Very little concern for customer satisfaction. Tried to overcharge numerous times.
