Quote for a new roof was provided in the fall of last year, Shawn said he would be calling back the end of March to confirm, which he did, right to the day. The whole house was done in one day, clean up was thorough and they didn't come for any money until two days after the work was done and we had inspected. Shawn thought they may need to replace some of the plywood based on the initial estimate but when they pulled the old shingles, they didn't need to replace anything.
