Joyce Heating replaced my hot water tank on Jan 26, 2024. It was an emergency replacement. They were upfront with their communications and did a quality job for a fair price. They're a family business and it shows in their services. I seldom leave reviews for anything but Joyce Heating made an impression on me. Thanks Mike and team.

I was referred to Chris by my bank as I was working on finalizing the details on a home in Coquitlam that I placed an offer on. I was really excited for this home and everything about this home seems great on the surface. Chris was detailed and thorough and identified several issues that I was not aware of. I felt informed and thanks to Chris, I may have avoided purchasing a lemon. Bottomline: Chris is a professional. He is accessible with any questions. The report was provided the next day after the inspection, was easy to read and detailed. I highly recommend Chris's services. Wilson.
