We hired Manuel to help finish a renovation of the main floor of our older bungalow we had just purchased. We started the renovation ourselves and it got to a point where we needed someone to come in with the expertise to finish the project and tie all of the loose ends together. Manuel did an outstanding job and far exceeded my expectations as a contractor. He is very professional and we are so thankful that we hired him to complete the project. The work included removal of a wall, baseboards and door replacement, painting the upstairs, putting in windows and doors, new tile in the kitchen and bathroom and refinishing the hardwood floors. There was open communication during the whole process and his goal was to ensure that we were happy with the work. We will be gutting and renovating our basement within the next year and there is no doubt that we will be calling Manny to help with this project! He is fantastic, the price is fair and extremely reasonable, he had many resources for things we needed (tile, a built in window bench, painters) and he is honest and professional.
