Great service, very professional, open and honest. Called them when my furnace broke down and it was fixed the same day. They did a full check on the furnace and identified one part that would likely start failing within the next year or two, but didn't push the repair on me, just told me what to look out for. It seems to be failing now so will be calling them again.
