I called Tom to quote on a small job, he sent a plumber around who informed me it just needed capping. When i told him i could do that myself he called his boss and Tom went on an expletive filled tirade. Not happy at all. In my profession I quote on jobs all the time, it doesn't mean I am guaranteed the work.

John was very helpful and did our job on time and for less than his original quote. The workmanship was stellar and he and his crew were respectful of our needs and our neighbours needs (making sure their windows were shut prior to cutting masonry). Highly recommend his services.
