I've signed electrical protection plan with enervate and thought I would be protected in case of electrical malfunction. Soon enough I got very disappointed. I've made an appointment for electrical service on Sunday in the window 10:00-14:00. On the day of scheduled service I called the customer service to find out if my service call is on the way, was told technician would call me half an hour prior. I patiently waited for the phone call. Instead at 10:57 AM I received email with a receipt from Enercare for service that never happened. I called customer service again - was promised to receive a call from scheduler with the appointment for the same day. At 2:00 pm when nobody called me - placed another call, spoke to agent Andreas and supervisor Juliet ( call lasted about 1 hour with innumerable holds). Juliet promised scheduler would call me shortly to make an appointment for me at my convenience. Nobody called - instead I received email with an appointment for the most inconvenient time for me. My advise to anyone thinking about signing any protection plan with Enercare - stay away!!! Save your emotions, time, money. Find another provider.
