We had a vanity toilet that was leaking around the base. The toilet had been reseated by another plumber a few years ago. He basically discovered the previous plumber had done an improper job, the toilet was not even positioned properly. He had to use a flange repair kit as the flange was cracked and would not hold the bolts properly, and indicated that this was probably what the previous guy should have done, but skipped and only did 'what he could do easily'. Only negative? He could have been a bit more careful, we have a quartz vanity top which scratches easily and he was placing tools on it. I got a towel and covered it, no damage occurred, but I was surprised by the lack of care. Overall though, very satisfied.
